                    Carol, thank you for your seminar. It was fun to wander down memory lane as I recalled reading to my daughter. I loved the photographs. I think one thing we forget, as you pointed out, is that not all parents understand how valuable reading to children is. It is just so obvious to us. Have you thought about sharing your blog with a parents group? Perhaps a prenatal class?

                    Thanks for your responses Heather. They were thoughtful and very interesting to consider. Yes, I think I will adapt this blog at some point and share it with the staff at the library. If they think it would be useful to use with parents, then I would be more than happy to share.
